Turn east onto Condell Drive for parking lot and main entrance. For clinic visits, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor lobby. For X-ray or physical therapy visits, proceed to the first floor ACSN suite for check-in.

Our MRI department is located on the lower level at 712 S. Milwaukee Avenue, located just next door to our main office. Enter the parking lot from Milwaukee Avenue and proceed to the main entrance. Use the buzzer to be admitted.
